Title XXXII REGULATION OF PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS Chapter 489 CONTRACTING View Entire Chapter 489.140 Florida Homeowners’ Construction Recovery Fund.—There is created the Florida Homeowners’ Construction Recovery Fund as a separate account in the Professional Regulation Trust Fund.
