Title XLVI CRIMES Chapter 817 FRAUDULENT PRACTICES View Entire Chapter 817.65 Defenses not available.—It shall not constitute a defense to a prosecution for any violation of this part that: (1) A credit card that is not a counterfeit credit card is offered for use or sale as a counterfeit credit card.
