Title XL REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY Chapter 695 RECORD OF CONVEYANCES OF REAL ESTATE View Entire Chapter 695.14 Unsigned certificate of record.—Whenever any unsigned certificate on such record of the instruments mentioned in s. 695.13 shall contain the date of filing or of recording such instrument, it shall be prima facie evidence of the time of filing or of recording such instrument.
