499.004 Administration and enforcement by department.--The 1Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services shall administer and enforce ss. 499.001-499.081 to prevent fraud, adulteration, misbranding, or false advertising in the preparation, manufacture, repackaging, or distribution of drugs, devices, and cosmetics.
