468.1756  Statute of limitations.--An administrative complaint may only be filed pursuant to s. 455.621 for an act listed in paragraphs (1)(c)-(p) of s. 468.1755 within 4 years from the time of the incident giving rise to the complaint, or within 4 years from the time the incident is discovered or should have been discovered.
