370.154  Shrimp regulations; closed areas; suspension of license, etc.--Any person convicted of taking shrimp in a closed area who is punishable under s. 370.15(7) or (8) shall, in addition to the penalties set forth therein, have his or her permit and the permit of the boat involved in the violation, issued pursuant to s. 370.15(6), revoked, if the person holds such a permit, and he or she shall be ineligible to make application for such a permit for a period of 2 years from the date of such conviction. If a person not having a permit is convicted hereunder, that person and the boat involved in the violation shall not be eligible for such a permit for 5 years.
