316.069  State to tabulate and analyze accident reports.--The state shall tabulate and may analyze all accident reports and shall publish, annually, or at more frequent intervals, statistical information based thereon as to the number and circumstances of traffic accidents. The state shall maintain separate statistics on the number and location of accidents involving tandem trailer trucks.
