Title XLVI CRIMES Chapter 843 OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE View Entire Chapter 843.05 Resisting timber agent.—Whoever obstructs, resists, or opposes a timber agent in the discharge of her or his duties, or attempts so to do, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.083.
