Title XXXIII REGULATION OF TRADE, COMMERCE, INVESTMENTS, AND SOLICITATIONS Chapter 546 AMUSEMENT FACILITIES View Entire Chapter 546.008 Penalties for violation of s. 546.003.—Any person who operates an amusement ride or amusement attraction in violation of the provisions of s. 546.003 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
