Project provides residential substance abuse treatment for non-juvenile justice (committed) youth. Substance abuse can be a contributor to significant risk behaviors including violence, delinquency, early sexual involvement and truancy. Reduction of substance abuse is expected to also reduce incidence of these problems. |
