Pediatric ambulatory and inpatient services to children in Florida who are Medicaid recipients and indigent care patients. Miami Children's Hospital is the State's major provider of Medicaid services on a percentage basis. The delivery of Medicaid service and charity care resulted in a loss to the hospital of approximately $13 million in the year 2000. |
