Assures that the obligations outlined in committee sustitute for SB68 (2000) are met. The statute calls for the University to meet American Bar Association (ABA) accredidation standards. The certainty of a permanent building site is one of the known criteria, amongst others, needed to meet the standards. Therefore, the state as a matter of public policy should help the university meet its facilities obligation. |
