Creation of new parking lots; bring facility into ADA compliance; construct new barn; electrical upgrades and repairs to existing facility; construct cultural arts/exhibit building.

Services the communities of northeast Florida and draws economic impact from communities in southeast Georgia; improvements will allow for greater and safer access by citizens and expansion of use as regional population grows; use by state agencies during catastrophic emergencies.

Increased attendance and use of facility year-round will result in economic impacts in the community at large.
