| The Florida East Coast Railway (FEC) has implemented a program with the intent of placing all crossings under proper agreement. After review of the current grade crossing license agreement by FEC, it was found that there are active crossings in the Village not covered by the agreement. It is vital that each crossing is properly licensed to assure the maintenance and liability responsibilities are directed to the proper entity. All crossings that remain over FEC's property and tracks must be covered by a license agreement. | |||||||||
