| The box culvert and drainage pipes need to be repaired. Sinkholes are forming and silt is re-entering the drainage system. Rehabilitate and up-size the open channel's culvert street crossing at 15th Ave. North and 18th Avenue North and Seagate Avenue to minimize up-stream ponding and siltation. Rehabilitate and upsize the open drainage channel's culvert street crossing at Penman Road. Reassess FDOT plans to install an enclosed culvert east of Penman Road. Clean and repair the drainage system along A1A from Beach Blvd. north to city limits at Seagate Avenue. Beach Blvd. to A1A west to the Intra-Coastal Waterway. Provide funding for annual routine maintenance for cleaning and repairing FDOT drainage systems within Jacksonville Beach all the way to the Intra-Coastal Waterway. | |||||||||
