| Multipurpose park to provide a residential and counseling facility foir abused and neglected children. Joint project with Children's Harbor, Inc., a 501 (k) organization focused on providing assistive service to area children that have been abused and neglected. The City has provided a tract of city-owned land where the proposed residential/counseling facility will be constructed. As part of the same site, the City will construct and equestrian Park that will provide a stable/training facility for the City's police department mounted unit which will provide an equestrian learning and training program for the child residents of the Safe Harbor facility. | |||||||||
