| Funds will be used to upgrade munucipal airport weather observation capabilities as well as radio and telephone communications. The City plans to upgrade to a twenty-four self contained weather system that can be activated by radio or telephone. Pilots, airport personnel and the City of Palatka will have access to this information to assist in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, funds will be used to upgrade communications equipment at the airport as well as for the purchase of a fuel truck. | |||||||||
