This project will provide quality and professional service in assisting substance abusers to lead normal productive drug free lives. It will provide residential treatment as well as out patient supportive theraputic treatment. |

A more mentally healthy community and a substance abuse free environment, that will see drug addicts return to a more productive life. In addition drug sales and usuage will decline, crime and prostitution will decline and the need for a large number of police officers working the area will also decline. |
