Recruit, train and support panels of volunteers wh review cases of children under court supervision due to abuse neglect, abandonment. Panels use case file research analysis of submitted reports and case hearings to monitor whether children are safely and appropriately placed, whether case plan tasks are being performed, and whether needed services are being provided. Recommendations are provided to judges. |
