A comprehensive program for fist time offenders or at risk juveniles involving a sequence of classes, attended by juveniles and their families) on the education of drugs, eliminating the use of drugs and will include random drug testing. Will also include a work program (cleaning up roadsides) supervised by Putnam County deputies which will fulfill community service work hours assigned to the juvenile. The youth will be supervised for three months after classes and work hours have been completed. |
