The Park-n-Ride lots will address the area's growing multi-modal transportation needs along US 27, US 192, and SR 50. Transportation issues continue to be a great concern to local residents and business owners. The Park-n-Ride lots will improve travel time as well as reduce congestion on US 27, SR 50, and US 192 corridors between Lake, Osceola, and Orange Counties. The project is necessitated by the tremendous population growth. Reducing congestion on these major corridors will enhance general mobility state-wide and provide an economic impact by increasing the ability to move goods and services through the region. |
