Title XXXVII INSURANCE Chapter 627 INSURANCE RATES AND CONTRACTS View Entire Chapter 627.849 Fees.— (1) The office shall collect in advance, and the persons so served shall pay to it in advance, the following fees: (a) Annual license fee..........$250 (b) Investigation fee..........100 (c) Annual report filing fee..........25 (2) The fees received under this section shall be credited to the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund.
