Title XXX SOCIAL WELFARE Chapter 409 SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE View Entire Chapter 409.5091 Department responsible for weatherizing agencies; energy assessment.— (1) The department is responsible for ensuring that weatherizing agencies comply with state laws and department rules.
