Title III LEGISLATIVE BRANCH; COMMISSIONS Chapter 11 LEGISLATIVE ORGANIZATION, PROCEDURES, AND STAFFING View Entire Chapter 11.9337 Filing of oath; issuance of commission.—The executed oath of a delegate or alternate delegate shall be filed with the Secretary of State.
