Project Description:
Trained volunteers under supervision of case managers will visit elderly and disabled wards of the court who have no familiy or friends, to ensure quality of care in long-term care facilities, facilitate access to home and community based services and ensure delivery of proper and cost-effective medical services.

60 clients receiving services, 6240 volunteer advocacy hours.
