Project Description:
Provide Florida's public school teachers with a 10% salary increase to make teacher salaries comparable to the national average.

Our children deserve to have quality, motivated, well-trained, and well-paid teachers in every Florida classroom.

With this funding, school districts will be able to provide adequate incentives to recruit, retain, and reward good teachers.
