Project Description:
The joint use project is designed to build a revolutionary model of learning for students pursuing a technical education. The technology based learning center would simultaniously link students with their school district, the community college and the local business community.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
The project will boost economic development by binding educational programs to the needs of the county, providing a job ready workforce, and centralizing the use of resources between the school district and the community college.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
To supply a sufficient and highly skilled workforce from within the local community using educational programs that seamlessly integrate academics and technology at the secondary and post secondary levels.
